يعد اللون من العناصر الهامة ذات التأثير المباشر على الإنسان ، والتي قد يختلف مدى تأثيرها باختلاف طبيعة المتلقي ذاته من حيث ثقافته وجنسيته وتفضيلاته الشخصية ، ولكل إنسان مجموعته اللونية المفضلة والتي قد تختلف من شخص لآخر مهما تشابهت ظروفهم وبيئاتهم الاجتماعية والثقافية .
ولكل لون التردد والذبذبة الخاصة به ، فكـل شيء في الكون ما هو إلا طاقة ، وكل العناصر والجزيئيات الموجودة حولنا لها ترددها الخاص بها بما في ذلك جسم الإنسان وأعضاؤه وخلاياه ، ومن هذا المنطلق يحدث التوازن عندما تتوافق الذبذبات مع بعضها .
وجودة الحياة من أهم القضايا في حياة الأفراد والمجتمعات باعتبارها القاعدة الأساسية لتفادي العديد من المشكلات التي قد تعترض الفرد في حياته وهو ما ينعكس على كل المجتمع .
