تناول الدراسة أساليب النظم الشكلية في تجديد الفضاءات الداخلية للمكتبات الجامعية، بهدف تعزيز دور المكتبات كفضاءات حية للتعلم والتفاعل الاجتماعي ونقل المعرفة. ويركز المبحث الأول على تطبيق مبادئ الفاعلة لتطوير الفضاءات الداخلية للمكتبات الجامعية باستخدام مواد صديقة للبيئة، ودمج الطبيعة لتعزيز الراحة والاستدامة ، بما في ذلك الأنظمة البيئية والتأثيرات اللونية على المستخدمين.
اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لتحليل الانموذج مختارة، وخلصا إلى أن التقدم التكنولوجي يدفع نحو تطوير تصميم المكتبات الجامعية، مع التركيز على استغلال الموارد الطبيعية وتوظيف العناصر البيئية واللونية لتحسين تجربة المستخدمين. تضمنت التوصيات اعتماد استراتيجيات منهجية لتصميم فضاءات داخلية مرنة ومستدامة، تراعي الوظائف العملية والجوانب الجمالية كمراكز حيوية للمجتمع.
