يعد التصميم الجمالي جزءاً مهمًا من تصميم الكرسي ويجب أن يكون جذابًا وملائمًا للمكان الذي سيوضع فيه، ويتناسب مع الديكور العام والمزاج المرغوب فيه، فقد احتوى البحث اربعة فصول تضمن الاول استعراض المشكلة بالسؤال الاتي: ما هي جماليات تصميم الكرسي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ؟،أما الفصل الثاني: فتضمن مبحثين الاول: الجمالية والتصميم بين المفهوم والاشتغال والثاني:ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، أما الفصل الثالث: فقد تضمن استعراض منهجية البحث، أما الفصل الرابع: فعرضت فيه نتائج البحث وجملة من الاستنتاجات، واختتمت الدراسة بالمصادر.
