تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع تمثيل الجوع عبر فن الخزف من خلال تجسيد رمزية "الرغيف" باستخدام فن التجهيز في الفراغ تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف الأبعاد الإنسانية المرتبطة بالجوع والشبع، حيث يستخدم الرغيف كرمز للحياة والغنى في سياق معاصر. تكمن أهمية البحث في تسليط الضوء على دور الفنون البصرية في زيادة الوعي بالجوع كقضية إنسانية، -خصوصا- في ظل الأزمات العالمية مثل جائحة كوفيد- 19 والحروب التي أثرت على الأمن الغذائي. يطرح السؤال الرئيس في البحث كيفية استخدام فن الخزف والتجهيز في الفراغ كوسيلة للتعبير عن مشاعر الحرمان والجوع.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي الذي يتبع ظهور الرغيف في الأعمال الفنية المعاصرة، بالإضافة إلى التحليل الفني لأعمال فنانين استخدموا الرغيف كرمز للتعبير عن معان مختلفة. تم اختيار عينة قصدية من ستة فنانين معاصرين عملوا على دمج الرغيف في أعمالهم الفنية، حيث يتم تحليل تقنياتهم وتفسيراتهم للرمزية المتعلقة بالجوع. كما تطرقت الدراسة إلى المعالجات المعاصرة التي تستخدم التجهيز في الفراغ لتمثيل الجوع.
أظهرت النتائج أن الخزف وفن التجهيز في الفراغ يمكن أن يكونا أدوات قوية للتعبير عن قضايا اجتماعية وإنسانية مثل الجوع. تم التوصل إلى أن الفنانين المعاصرين يستخدمون هذه الوسائط لإثارة مشاعر التفاعل مع الجمهور وتوصيل رسائل قوية حول الفقر والجوع. أوصت الدراسة بتوسيع استخدام هذه الأعمال الفنية في المعارض والمتاحف لزيادة الوعي الجماهيري وتحفيز الحوار حول القضايا العالمية المتعلقة بالجوع.
