ترتكز التكعيبية بطابعها الفلسفي والتقني في آن واحد على مخرجات شكلية تتوافق مع مسارات التكوينات الشكلية في التصميم بوصفه أحد الفنون التطبيقية وإنَّ العملية التصميمية تمثل حركة للنشاط الإبداعي في الحقل الفني وما يجسده في تلبية الحاجات الوظيفية والأدائية على وفق خطابات بصرية تضم في داخلها مفردات ورموز تتخذ نسقاً متبايناً من العلاقات في انتاج أسلوب مختلف تبعاً للتغير الثقافي والاجتماعي المرتبطين إرتباطاً وثيقاً بالتغير في الزمن والتطور في المجالات التقنية.
وما تتصف به مميزات المدرسة التكعيبية من علاقات تنعكس فنياً في مجالات التصميم الكرافيكي عبر البنائية الشكلية للتكعيبية، تتصف ايضاً بأنها منهج وأتجاه التي تبدو على مستوى واضح من الاحاطة الجوهرية لتطور المفاهيم والافكار المعاصرة في فنون التصميم عامة والفن الكرافيكي خاصة
